Around most of the Whitsunday Islands, you’ll find well developed fringing reef. The shallow water found in the protected bays promotes a highly diverse variety of coral communities and provides excellent snorkelling and diving conditions. You can explore these locations on one of our Half-Day or Full-Day trips. Water temperature varies from 21-28°C, offering comfortable diving. Average visibility ranges from 5-15 metres, depending on the tide, location and weather. The visibility is generally better at Bait Reef.

	Reef Viewer • Day and night glass bottom boat tour This 1½ hour tour includes a calm water journey to some of the coral reefs around the local islands. You will be able to view the coral reef and tropical fi sh life ‘up-close’ through glass panels in the bottom of the boat. Your guide will provide commentary on the marine life and local area. This tour is suitable for all ages.
